Lucky Pet is proudly Australian owned and operated by the team at Urban Pet Products - founded by Mary and Ken, lifelong animal lovers and proud cat parents to two much-loved felines.

Our journey began with a simple but powerful belief: pets deserve the very best. When Mary and Ken set out to find top-quality products for their own cats, they discovered a gap in the market - one that led them to create a business focused on sourcing trusted, effective, and thoughtfully designed pet products.

What started with a personal passion has grown into Urban Pet Products, home to both Lucky Pet and Cat Evolution. At the heart of it all is the same motivation: to help fellow pet parents care for their companions with confidence, love, and high standards.

Today, the Lucky Pet team includes Rachel, who lives with 11 cats and 1 dog, and Mareike, proud dog mum to a beautiful pooch. We’re a diverse team of pet owners who know that pets aren't just pets - they're family.

Credit Card Details
Sensitive credit card payment details are never stored on our website or within our internal database system. All payment details are securely transmitted through an encrypted eWay gateway in real time to our banking partner ANZ.

If you place your order with us over the phone or request a partial refund of an order placed, one of our Customer Service team members will need to obtain your credit card details to process the transaction. Immediately following the call the credit card information will be destroyed.

We will never request credit card information via email or instant messenger. These forms of communication are not secure enough for transmitting personal financial information.
