- I have read and understood that whilst my pet is being fed Hills Prescription Diet Feline T/D Dental Care Dry Cat Food, it is recommended that I seek veterinary advice at least every 6 months regarding the usage of Hills Prescription Diet Feline T/D Dental Care Dry Cat Food;
- I have read and understood that I need to seek immediate veterinary advice if my pet’s condition deteriorates in any way whilst I use Hills Prescription Diet Feline T/D Dental Care Dry Cat Food;
- I have read and understood that neither the manufacturer of the food nor the owners of this website do not and will not accept or assume responsibility and/or liability should a pet be treated with an incorrect veterinarian prescribed diet product purchased from this website.
